What We Stand For
Our mission is WOW (The Way of Watts).
At the end of the day, we’re in the business of experiences: creating “wow” moments by rising above the status quo in everything we do.
This philosophy extends beyond the service we provide our customers. We also want to wow our team with an exceptional place to work, wow our neighbors with our active community involvement, and wow our industry by continuing to be leaders in our field. If people think of Watts in awe, we’ll know we’ve done our job well.
Show You Care
At the root of all our interactions is a commitment to compassion – both with our customers and each other. In this way, we can understand each other’s needs, build trust, and be a resource for support.
When we commit to a goal, we’re all in – because we believe in doing whatever it takes to do business the right way. That means taking responsibility for our actions, communicating honestly, and not being afraid to ask for help.
Raise the Bar
Even at the top of our game, we are driven to keep learning and growing – as professionals and as people. We take pride in the quality of our work, and seek to become leaders in everything we do.

We are heating and cooling Professionals! We maintain a high level of quality among our staff. All of our installers and technicians are trained on a regular, on-going basis. We, and they, are certified by the following industry organizations:
What makes a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer stand out is the unparalleled performance the company offers — true excellence in every aspect of operations, product solutions and technical know-how. Look for the Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer emblem which indicates your dealer has met our high standards for superior skills… superior service… superior products… superior comfort… and a superior promise — in writing — of 100% satisfaction, guaranteed. This is what our Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer and the dealership emblem stand for.
North American Technician Excellence (NATE) is an independent, third-party organization that develops and promotes excellence in the installation and service of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment by recognizing high-quality industry technicians through voluntary testing and certification. Our technicians have passed the rigorous testing necessary to qualify as NATE Certified Technicians.
ORACCA is The Pacific NW Heating Cooling Association, Serving Oregon and SW Washington. We are comprised of ORACCA quality contractors and associate members throughout the state of Oregon and South West Washington. Our members, the ORACCA quality contractors, are devoted to being the best in this industry. Our members pride themselves on their knowledge and ability to properly size and install equipment to meet their customer’s needs. We are dedicated to ensuring fair and competent service and installations for the Northwest marketplace.
AGC meets the needs of the commercial construction industry by providing exceptional products and benefits, industry-leading health and safety services, and invaluable opportunities to build business relationships.
The Oregon Mechanical Officials Association is dedicated to providing a professional environment for mechanical code officials and industry professionals to share knowledge and educate each other to enhance the public welfare.
The Northwest College of Construction is a privately funded, non-profit educational facility.
Workforce development is an industry-wide issue, much larger than AGC can manage alone. Through the Oregon Construction Workforce Coalition, AGC and our numerous construction industry partners have established a broad spectrum of industry connections and have developed industry-specific outreach resources to promote the rewarding opportunities afforded by the construction industry. This assures youth, young adults, parents, and other key influencers that construction careers are a desirable option for a successful future. This coalition is open to both AGC members and non-members. Find out more about a few of the industry workforce programs this coalition has developed and supports at www.build-oregon.org.
