Owners of rental properties are eligible to receive the following benefits*** from the Energy Trust of Oregon on equipment installed by Watts:
| New heat pump (to replace electric heat) | Rebate: $1,800 | Eligibility requirements |
| New gas furnace | Rebate: $1,600 | Eligibility requirements |
| Extended capacity heat pump | Rebate: $2,000 | Eligibility requirements |
| Extended capacity or standard heat pump to replace a furnace | Rebate: Single Family – $3,000 Multi-Family – $1,800 per unit | Eligibility requirements |
