Watts Heating Policy Update
Our lives have all been drastically impacted by COVID-19 and the safety measures taken to protect our communities. At Watts Heating & Cooling, we understand that with millions of people staying home every day, quality HVAC is more important than ever. From keeping the air in your home healthy to keeping your system running smoothly, Watts is operating daily to meet the needs of our customers. Rest assured, the health and safety of our customers and team members is top priority. All Watts employees are adhering to the following protocols to ensure your safety.

Our employees:
- Will wear fresh gloves while on the job sites
- Will continue to wear clean shoe covers
- Will wear eye protection
- Will wear cloth face mask
- Are required to regularly disinfect their tools and vans with disinfectant products
- Are required to regularly clean their iPads and phones with disinfectant products
- Have adopted a company-wide no-handshake policy both in the office and in the field
- Will be sent home, whether in the office or the field if they feel ill or have any symptoms of being ill
- travel ban for all business trips until further notice
- Are required to sanitize their workspace in our office multiple times per day
- Staggered start times for install crews to minimize gatherings
- Service techs dispatched from home and no contact in office
